Usage for Church Members
If you are a member of New Castle Christian Church and would like to use the facility, please download this form and return it in an email to [email protected]. You will receive a return e-mail from one of our staff members acknowledging receipt of your request. You may also print this form and return it to the church office. Please be sure to fill out this form in its entirety. All requests are reviewed at our Church Board meetings on the 4th Monday of every month. Please remember this when submitting a request.

Usage for Non-Church Members
